In our strategy and marketing sessions, we discuss qualitative MBA tools and methods to analyze business problems. We break down actual business cases utilizing some of these techniques to give you a better feel for the application of these concepts. The methods covered are essential to completing any type of thorough customer or competitor analysis.
In our finance and accounting sessions, we detail the key quantitative MBA tools that apply to most business situations. There are financial fundamentals that need to be evaluated in parallel to the strategic concerns regarding any business problem. Our goal is to make you more comfortable with this “numbers” aspect of managerial decision making.
