Why is MBA Day Camp only one day?
Since we started MBA Day Camp in 2003, we have found that our customers are very busy people and seem to like the one-day format. We will consider expanding MBA Day Camp should we receive enough feedback. For now, the shorter format keeps us focused on presenting the most important material.

Is MBA Day Camp tax-deductible?
MBA Day Camp may be tax deductible under the Lifetime Learning Credit or related tax provisions. Check with an accountant to see if tax deductibility applies to you.

Can I contact you with any questions about MBA Day Camp materials in the future?
With an MBA Day Camp product purchase, you are a “customer for life”. If you should have any questions about the session content, graduate education, or business in general, feel free to contact us at any time.

DVD Program Questions

How will I receive course materials?
All customers will be shipped a professionally bound manual containing all the MBA Day Camp topic materials and the full DVD lecture set. The DVD will have instructor led dialogue that you will follow in the manuals.

How long is the DVD run time?
The DVD set is broken up into four topics (Strategy, Marketing, Finance, and Accounting), each running approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes. The total instruction is roughly 6 hours, similar to our standard live seminar.

What is the refund policy?
We have a 100% satisfaction guaranteed policy. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with our session DVD, you can return it free of charge anytime up to one month after your purchase.

Live Seminar Questions

How will I receive course materials?
All participants will receive a professionally bound manual containing all the MBA Day Camp instruction materials at the start of the seminar.

What time does the class start?
Generally, the sessions are 9AM – 4PM. You will receive a registration email with full details prior to the class.

What about lunch and parking?
Lunch and parking are on your own. We select locations that have eating establishments nearby and convenient transportation options.

Will I receive a verification of attendance?
All participants will receive a professional certificate of attendance at the end of the seminar.

What is the seminar cancellation policy?
All participants receive full credit to reschedule to a future MBA Day Camp session. Participants electing to cancel without rescheduling will receive a full refund minus a 25% administration fee.

How does this apply if I attend an MBA Day Camp sponsored by a third party organization?
If the MBA Day Camp is hosted and sponsored by a third party organization, the registration procedures and cancellation policies will follow their guidelines.
